TRIMMING
After drying, stakes are bundled in packets of 25 pieces. Both ends of the stakes are trimmed for precise length, a more uniform bundle and in some cases for preparation to be pointed. Stake bundles ranging from 24” to 96” and in various dimensions according to our customers’ needs are then stacked to form a bundle. The bundles are manually armed with special equipment to avoid over tightening which could result in damage to the wood and/or improper treating
