It is very important to produce high quality wooden stakes to ensure a high return on our clients' crops. We consider every detail in all external and internal processes of our production.

Our quality starts with our suppliers of pine, chemicals, transportation services and more. Serproma is not a producer of wood and therefore we require our wood producers to have a strong belief to promote natural resource conservation and sustainable forestry practices, as well as to control their quality, an area which we contribute for continuous improvement.

Our internal production processes are governed by the highest standards of quality and which can only be carried out with a staff committed to continuous improvement.

When we receive, classify and dry the wood we do it with responsibility and commitment. The wood undergoes an individual classification process where we guarantee that it meets specific conditions for our customers and according to the humidity content we establish the drying duration process.

After drying the wood is squared off and dimensioned properly. Tipping machines must possess the proper diameter blades for each specific size and our staff reassures that measurements are uniform throughout the production.

The most crucial process the wood undergoes is the chemical treatment. How well we control the treatment determines the lifespan of our products. Detailed written records are kept of all our steps to document our processes in the event of a quality issue. We have our own quality control laboratory at Serproma and we cross reference our results with labs in the US to ensure accuracy.
